Delivery Item Location forms are available as part of the delivery receipt view and print packets defined in information manager's documentation profiles. This form shows the quantity of each item in each cart in the delivery. If enabled, the delivery item location form appears and /or prints when a delivery receipt is requested. Several variations of this form exist.
