Several delivery item location formats are available in LinenMasterNet. Each of these formats includes basic information, such as delivery number, delivery date, order name, item descriptions, and per container item quantities. Various additional fields may be included, depending on the delivery item location form selection.

DeliveryItemLocation - DeliveryItemLocationNS - These forms show the unit of measure, required quantities and delivered quantities per item, as well as the delivered quantities per container.
DeliveryItemLocation1 - This form is the same as the DeliveryItemLocation form.
DeliveryItemLocation2 - This form is similar to the DeliveryItemLocation1, but does not include the item requirements.
DeliveryItemLocation3 - This form only shows the item quantities by container.
DeliveryItemLocation5 - This form shows the delivery header info for customer and laundry.
DeliveryItemLocation6 - similar to form5, but includes requirements
Delivery Item Location 7 - Delivery Item Location 7NS - This form has an extra row of blank boxes between the container number and cart weights. This field can be manually filled in by the customer with the cart weight they receive from the laundry.
