Delivery receipts contain detailed information about the delivery and corresponding item quantities shipped to the customer. Delivery receipts are available in a variety of formats, which are defined in the Information Manager's documentation profiles. The form templates screen allows for selecting the document format and enabled status, as well as the following options: sort by pick sequence; omit zero quantities; show minimum charge line prior to settlement, and show outstanding AR balances. Additionally, Delivery Receipt View and Delivery Receipt Print Packets allow for the quantity selection of the form and the ability to select quantities for various other delivery documents to be viewed / printed with the delivery receipt.
Delivery receipts contain 'deliver from' and 'deliver to' details, as well as the delivery number, delivery bar code, delivery date, route, order description and item details.
Delivery receipts can be viewed, printed and emailed from the Office Manager application. Select the appropriate link for detailed information on viewing, printing and emailing delivery receipts.
