Add Unscheduled Items

Unscheduled delivery items can be added in the Office Manager application. Users can choose to add unscheduled products and/or unscheduled packs.

Select the appropriate link below for details on adding unscheduled items to a delivery.

Unscheduled products can be added to a delivery from the following pages:

Click the plus sign (+) next to the appropriate delivery.

The grid will expand to reveal the delivery items.

Select Temporary/Adds from the menu.

Note: The Temporary/Adds menu option will not be revealed if the delivery items are not visible.

Select Add Unscheduled Items | Products from the menu.

The Add Products window will appear.

Note: All products available on contracts associated with the order which are not currently on the delivery will be displayed.

Double click a product in the left frame to add it to the right frame.

Repeat this step for all products to be added.

Select Add Products from the menu.

The selected products will be added to the delivery.

Note: The Added field in the item grid will show 'Yes' for each unscheduled product added to the delivery.

Select Add Unscheduled Items | Products from the menu.

The Add Products window will appear.

Note: All products available on contracts associated with the order which are not currently on the delivery will be displayed.

Double click a product in the left frame to add it to the right frame.

Repeat this step for all products to be added.

Select Add Products from the menu.

The selected products will be added to the delivery.

Unscheduled packs can be added to a delivery from the following pages:

The selected packs will be added to the delivery.
