Add Temporary Requirements

Temporary requirements are items which will not be replenished upon return to the laundry. These items are not included in or added to the circulating inventory. For example, items required for special functions which should not be permanently added to the circulating inventory should be input as temporary requirements.  Temporary requirements can be modified in the Office Manager application.

Modify Temporary/Adds

Temporary requirements can be modified from the following pages:

Deliveries | Before | Requirements

Click the plus sign (+) next to the appropriate delivery.

The grid will expand to reveal the delivery items.

Select Temporary/Adds from the menu.

Note: The Temporary/Adds menu option will not be revealed if the delivery items are not visible.

The grid columns will change showing Added, Permanent and Temporary

Type the temporary item requirements in the Temporary column.

Press the ENTER key to move to the next item.

Repeat for all items.

Select Save from the menu to save the requirements.
