Email Delivery Receipts

Delivery receipts can be emailed from the Office Manager application. Users can choose to email delivery receipts for a single selected delivery, all currently displayed deliveries, or a memorized selection (predefined group) of deliveries.  The memorized selections can be defined as jobs in the LinenMasterNet Information Manager.

Email the delivery receipt for a single delivery

The delivery receipt for a single delivery can be emailed from the following pages:

Double click on the appropriate delivery in the grid.

The Changes for Delivery dialog box will appear.

Select the Email Receipt button.

The Email dialog box will appear.

In the Email field, type the appropriate email address. Multiple addresses may be entered by inserting a semi-colon ( ; ) between addresses.

Click the Send button to email the delivery receipt.

The delivery receipt will be emailed.

Double click on the appropriate delivery in the grid.

The Delivery dialog box will appear.

Select the Email Receipt button.

The Email dialog box will appear.

In the Email field, type the appropriate email address. Multiple addresses may be entered by inserting a semi-colon ( ; ) between addresses.

Click the Send button to email the delivery receipt.

The delivery receipt will be emailed.

Select the Cancel button to close the dialog box without emailing the delivery receipt.
