Typically, receives are generated automatically by a daily processing job in the LinenMasterNet job server. Receives can also be created manually in the Office Manager application.

Receives can be created from the following pages:
Select Create Receive from the menu.
The Create Receive dialog box will appear.
In the Soil field, select the appropriate soil.
Note: Soils are listed alphabetically by name. When multiple soils exist for a customer, the customer name appears, followed by each available soil name. These soil names are preceded by an ellipsis […]. When only one soil exists for a customer, only the customer name is listed.
In the Logical Date field, select the appropriate date for which to create the Receive.
Select the Select Options button to create the receive.
The receive will be created.
