Pick Form Examples

Several delivery pick form formats are available in LinenMasterNet.  Each of these formats includes basic information, such as order description, delivery number, delivery date, cart counts, item descriptions, item barcodes, and required quantities, as well as blank fields for hand writing each items' packed quantities.  Various additional fields may be included, depending on the pick form selection.

Pick Form 1 is primarily used for bulk processing and is the most popular form for this business model.  PickForm1 includes shading on every other line to enhance readability.  PickForm1NS contains no shading.


Pick Form 2 is primarily used for processing clean returns, as it includes stock and on hand quantities, as well as requirements.  PickForm2 includes shading on every other line to enhance readability.  PickForm2NS contains no shading.


Pick Form 3 is primarily used for par orders or models where scale systems are not being utilized.  This form includes a tear-off portion so that one part may be sent to the office for data entry, while the other portion remains with the container.  In addition to the standard data fields, the tear-off portion of this form includes the pick date.  PickForm3 includes shading on every other line to enhance readability.  PickForm3NS contains no shading.


Pick Form 4 can be used for bulk or par orders.  This form is similar to Pick Form 1, but also includes bundle quantities. PickForm4includes shading on every other line to enhance readability. PickForm4NScontains no shading.


Pick Form 5 can be used for bulk or par orders.  This form includes the special instructions field. PickForm5includes shading on every other line to enhance readability. PickForm5NScontains no shading.


Pick Form 6 is primarily used for par orders or models where scale systems are not being utilized.  As with Pick Form 3, this form includes a tear-off portion so that one part may be sent to the office for data entry, while the other portion remains with the container.  In addition to the standard data fields, the tear-off portion of this form includes the pick date, while the container portion includes the special instructions field.

The difference between Pick Form 8 and Pick Form 7 is that Pick Form 8 shows the product description on the right side, and Pick Form 7 shows the product code. PickForm8 includes shading on every other line to enhance readability.  PickForm8NS contains no shading.

Pick Form 10NS

Pick Form 11 - 11NS displays a delivery barcode instead of a delivery cart barcode, allowing the user to scan multiple carts using the same pick form's barcode.

   

 

Pick Form 12NS

Pick Form 13NS is similar to PickForm2NS with the on-hand data and Required data fields stripped out. This form would be used for exchange carts where the on-hand and requirements are to be manually written into the form.

Pick Form 14NS is similar to PickForm7NS but includes a delivery barcode on both the left and right sides.

Pick Form 15NS is similar to PickForm14NS, but "Net Wgt" field is replaced with a "By" (empty) field.

Pick Form 16NS is similar to PickForm15NS.  PickForm16NS includes the item description instead of the product barcodes on the right side of the form.


Garment Pick Form 1 displays the garment requirements by order, listing the wearer names, garment label marks, garment descriptions, and the garments' last scan status, as well as the standard pick form information.  The Garment Pick Forms shows all garments currently in plant that are assigned to wearers scheduled on the delivery.  GarmentPickForm1 includes shading on every other line to enhance readability.  GarmentPickForm1NS contains no shading.
